OK, I think I have got it working this time. I had it working b4 too but I hadnt fixed registration problems. What was happening was I was having mailing issues, since I hadnt set up SMTP or POP with XAMMP nor do I want to, so I just went to the emailer and put plugin return b4 most of it as somone had said and then I cahnged config files where you dont need confirmation or can email within forums.

I'll tell you guys how it comes out here, I also figured out why my stats wern't coming up in the code, but testing it now...
