I dont know if its intended, or bugged... but it resets everything on server restarts... even tough the file is in the folder...
EDIT: It only saves the new ones that i make. The ones that are already on map, get reseted on server restart. Example i change scouts on map surf_ski_2, then after i restart the server, everything is back to the default... buggy plugin, would be nice if you fix it.
