Hullu has contributed patches so that when AMX Mod X detects that metamod-p is loaded, fakemeta is overridden and traditional module functionality is routed directly through metamod. In theory this is a small optimization and should not actually affect any features.
If Metamod implements these same features, FakeMeta will eventually be removed. (Not the module, the internal calling system).
