That players comment is admittance that the plugin is in fact working. He got in louis' way, and louis'

If you have absorb disabled, and reflect enabled, both players will take damage.
If you don't like how the settings are, it is completely configurable.

I think a lot of your issue is you don't understand english well enough to correctly comprehend what people
are saying, that part is definitely clear. You really need to find someone who can properly translate for you.

There is nothing wrong with the plugin, you simply don't understand.
