Doesn't seem like any of your problems are related to VSH nor FF2.

But every time an update happens you should:

Wait a half hour more or less and update to the latest SM+MM snapshots.

Also you should be able to read the error you posted, it says you're missing a translation file.

Language phrase "TF_Chat_AllDead" not found

Means you need to go find the allchat plugin or whatever that is, and install the translation file it uses.

If you already have the file, there's a chance that yours is outdated and is missing some of the text in the file itself.
