If your file with item data is empty or CSDM can't load items (it prints that info into server console & amx/x log file - see below PS) CSDM opens gun menu.

51/51 (loaded 51 of 51 total) is an extended format of my branch of CSDM 2.1 (was deleted from here though). Original contains only number of succesfully loaded items.
