I had the same problem under Olo's original script. Old AMX had a folder Maps in AMX folder where you setup config for each individual map ( i had mine setup with time limit under mp_timelimit 30 for each map.
P.S. for Amxx i no longer see where i can place custom ini files for each maps custom config
