Get the parts of the URL's rewritten with the contents that they indicate:

"!profile" "normal" "https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/{STEAMID64}"
This one would rewrite the URL, and open your Steam profile (e.g. "https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197960265741"), once you type !profile.
That way, the website can trigger specific things based on for example the Steam ID, or other "variables".
