I run lots of servers, some are especially for noobies, some for intermediate players, some for skilled clan players.

Little point in having a noobie on a clan style server when they dont know what to do is there? This plugin removes the need to ban the player, and makes it more of a learning curve for them.

Unless you run servers you wont understand this.
