The plugin switches at server restart always returns to original setting.
wrote it in the server.cfg:

sm_instantrespawn_delay 4
sm_instantrespawn_enabled 1
sm_instantrespawn_selectclass 1

After the server restarts I always have to enter the spawn times in HLSW new.
