We have this plugin already!
This plugin is fun, but can someone edit it to new syntax and edit the chance like:
5% - The dead player skin
10% - healhshot, tagrenade, melee weapons
15% - random weapons ( store in config file )
30% - Grenades
40% - random > drug, slap, burn ....
