you can do sm_settag {magenta}purple {gold}gold. and that would make your chattag be purple colored purple and gold colored gold. To get the list of colors supported by the plugin for csgo do just sm_settag with no arguments to get a list of them in chat.

this is 192 for me which wouldnt be the error
