I'm quite confident your problem is not with CS:S DM. There may be a conflict between CS:S DM and one of the many other things you have running. You need to break it down and run only CS:S DM (stripper should be ok as well) and confirm whether the issues still exists. Then add all the others back one by one. You will soon find the culprit.
