Auto-Reconnect is a must that I've... been too lazy to add.
But, flooding out is something you can take care of yourself. Some IRC networks have more stringent flood settings than others, so even just switching networks can fix it Or, you can comment events out in cstrike.cfg. I may implement some sort of flood protection like only letting it send a message every 0.2 seconds and have it as a configurable setting.
