MOTD version amx_help and amx_who
Because Counter-Strike 1.5 console does not have a scrollbar like steam, as radio and chat messages flooding the console, you may not catch some commands/player details, I just added two commands amx_help2(say /help) and amx_who2(say /who) to the original scripts. By these two commands, details will be displayed in a motd window.
You may simply replace the original ones with these two, nothing else has been changed. Or if anyone need me to combine them to a single plugin, I can do that.
