Reporting a bug:

Sometimes items magically disappear from the slots. I have to switch multiple times between items for them to reappear (by either double pressing or single switch). Then when I pick up a second item, the first drops, and I have to re-pick up the first item.

Also, if you don't have two weapons in a slot while having 2 items in another slot, the weapon/items disappear and I have to switch items to get the weapon bac.

(This is when I spawn myself items, and when I pick up new items.)
