I made a couple fixes to this so I could run it on my server
1) Changed the OnClientPostAdminCheck() hook to use the player_spawn event, the menu will no longer be sent before the player has finished connecting, and will no longer disappear before they've seen it.
2) Once you start interacting with the menu, or type /rules, the menu will not disappear after 10 seconds.
3) Removed PrintToServer() debug messages
Feel free to incorporate these changes into the main release.
