[TF2] Surrender
Have you ever gotten so rekt that you just felt like putting an end to it? That's alright, not everyone's a hero. Give the ability of surrendering to your players!
- sm_surrender - Starts a surrender vote, cooldown of 10 minutes after typed.

Nothing yet, but I'll soon add the ability to change the cooldown.
