I'm getting the same issue on Linux. Any chance of a fix?
Edit: May be a libstdc++ linking issue. I'll look into it further if raydan doesn't get a chance to.
Edit 2: Fixed by simply compiling on my own setup. Download:
curl.ext.so (1.2.0.0)
