No. Indeed you
must not. This is like a 'fake bogus' map - only for determining whether the server has been restarted (it is not in your mapcycle nor in votings so it should be 'played' only once - at the moment the server is started. Well, played is maybe not a good term - rather run, you have like 5-10 seconds of it).
