1. New plugins added
- C4 Freeze
* Now you can plant c4. When the c4 explode, the same effect added on freezenade
will appears. When the grenade explode, you will receive more lms bonus.
- Smoke Teleport
* LVIP players will receive this grenade on their spawn, normal players need
buy on menu. With this grenade, you can teleport for where the smoke explode.
- Transfer Lm
* You can transfer your lms for other target with the command /give name ammount
* With the command /help, a motd will open showing an info how to transfer ( for players that don't know how )
2. More speed
* All players have now more speed than normal, for easier moviments for escapes
from enemy's laser.
3. Code optimization
* Added new Option: instead new bool: on all arrays from items. Just for test my knowledge
If you want to use one variable with this feature, just change true to enabled or false to disabled.
True and false you can do this

4. Enabled on de_ maps
* Added a check for load Laser Mod and all his plugins only on de_ maps,
because the c4 feature.
I don't know if this will continue, so i can remove this on futures updates
5. Removed the sound when you click the left mouse with the gun
* When you haven't clip and try to click the left mouse ( +attack1 ), you will
hear a sound ( tic tic ). Removed this feature on this update.
( I haven't a good english for explain this more better than this :v )
6. Added set_user_lm and get_user_lm native
* Now you can set for player(s) more lm with another plugin, just write
set_user_lm(index, type, ammount)
type can be 0 ( Will add the ammount ), or 1 ( wil ltake the ammount )
Example:
If you want add more lm for a player, you can do this:

This will add more 50 lms
But if will want take the ammount from a player, you should do this:

set_user_lm(player, 1, 50)
This will take 50 lms.
7. C4
* When round starts, a random player will receive the c4.
8. Provocation/Freezer sound
* A few time ago, when you put your laser on enemies, a sound were emited
from you and the enemy, now have a chance for this happen. Because when you
and your enemy are so close, you cannout hear both sounds.
