I think that if the copyright holder is CsGaming then this might be a legitimate complaint since ecca was the first to distribute without authority to do so. But if Sommy/Lollypop hold the copyright then the GPL should've attached when it was distributed to CsGaming and this should remain up since ecca had rights under the GPL to re-distribute. Just my thoughts, they could be wrong.
