Rocket Jumping

Description:
Simply allows rocket jumping with the HL RPG.
You have to be aiming at the ground, but there's no need to jump at the same time. It needs to be tweaked abit, but it's stable and works fine.

CVars:
amx_rocket_jump 1/0 - 1 = All players can rocket jump 0 = Only players that have been granted via admin command below.
amx_rocket_force # - Default: 700

Commands:
amx_give_rocketjump <target> <1/0> - Enables/Disables rocket jumping on a player.
The admin command requires the access flag 'd' (ADMIN_BAN)

Changelog:
9/27/07 - Added "amx_give_rocketjump" (Works only if 'amx_rocket_jump' is set to zero)
10/1/07 - Changed a lot around. (You now jump soon as the rocket explodes on the ground)
