Do you just want to stop tracking when warmup.cfg is executed?

logaddress_delall
sm plugins unload hlstatsx

And in live.cfg
logaddress_add YOURIP:YOURPORT
sm plugins load hlstatsx

Delete

logaddress_delall
logaddress_add YOURIPORT

in server.cfg
