Ok... this version:
- It create repeating timer, 2 second interval, when player name have been edited by plugin.
Timer is working as long as player have not yet moved to observer mode (spectator or dead player)
or spawn into team as alive player.

*edit
- There was also small bug fix. Boolean NameChanged[client] variable took wrong value at one point.
