I know i don't need them but the error showed even before i added the setmaster commands .
But i tried several times ...
I finally found that when i start server when steam is running the error shows
Code:
] setmaster
Usage:
Setmaster <add | remove | enable | disable> <IP:port>
Current: None
And this
Code:
Failed to load Steam Service
ServiceStart: failed to start
And if i open server when steam is closed (not running),
server work perfectly without any setmaster commands.

Current:
0: 69.28.158.131:27010
Now what should i do?
I know non-steam is illegal but steam has many errors.
So, i don't want to move to non-steam game nor server. But at least Valve MUST fix Steam errors.
So if there is a solution for this can you tell me?
Also, Nice job Gabe Newel, only 1 master server left?
