But I have manage done this using SDKHooks and with events.
I post here when I get it most ready.

"Curse" disable when player disconnect or reconnect.
Positive +
- Victim
not die or get hurt by "cursed" attacker
- "Cursed" attacker will get killed by
victim with attacker weapon
- "Cursed" attacker will get killed by
victim with headshot if attacker last shot was
Negative -
- When "cursed" attacker hurt victims, he not gain
damage-info to own console when he die
- Not show in Admin Menu ! Use and add in
adminmenu_custom.txt
- Little bugs and errors, when get hurt by object.. I'm not 100% sure. Have not use SDKHooks so much
