Valve finally decided to remove autospawning from finales. But just to screw with players they upped the minimum spawning distance by a factor of 5 or something. Its unbelievably bad, particularly to anyone who previously enjoyed unlocked finale ghosts. They didnt include any control convars to it, either.

Well, screw them. This Plugin gives you the control about how far or close to the Survivors an Infected can spawn, during a Finale.


Requires the great SDKHooks 1.3 Extension.


cvars:

l4d2_finaleghost_rangemod_version

l4d2_finaleghost_rangemod_enabled (default 1) - toggle functionality
l4d2_finaleghost_rangemod_range (default 150.0) - i dont actually know where the default was, but 150 seems good.
