Nice to see that people don't read the post. Dumbasses. It's for TSRP. Usually in a Dedicated TSRP server they like to have situations, usually "Hostage" situations. This, is a faster and more effective way of creating hostages instead of the 20 minutes it usually takes find a person who wants to be a hostage. Now, go flame somewhere else.
