This plugin is for natural selection, when download custom maps. The overview file does not come in the .res file, this means
alot of players end up downloading the map without the overview. And admins needs to manualy add this file to the .res file, but if
the client allready has the map he is not gonna download the overview file. So what this plugin does is force the client to download
the overview file if it does not have it, no mather if the client allready has the map.
The plugin will also add to the amxx log if the overview file is not there.
