Could somebody give me a reason why someone would ban an IP range instead of STEAM_ID?
The only known reason to me banning by IP is using no-steam, exept it is a cafe-account usuer terrorising my server, but cafes mostly have a static ip and don't need an IP-range ban to get rid of them.
I don't want to make this plugin bad or something, just an explanation.
