As the above poster stated, silent planting bug is not fixed. There are many bugs in CS 1.6 that I doubt will ever be fixed. CS is a finished product for the most part and I very much doubt any major bug fixes such as silent plant fix will ever be added. And this plugin is only 2 years old--which is not that old for a plugin.
Just use this plugin and all will be well in the world of bomb planting. Yay!
