Anybody else has been getting this error after todays server update?

<FAILED> file "connect.ext.2.ep2v.dll": Failed to find CBaseServer_RejectConnection function.
This time the server doesn't crash, but the reserved slot plugin I'm using doesn't work.
I'm assuming connect.games.txt needs to be updated again?
