Silvers, just for the record,

I am running a Windows Dedicated server with the latest L4D2 update.

I have SourceMod 1.4.0 dev latest snapshot.

The server experiences a crash and restarts its self so it's safe to safe all clients get disconnected.

I sent you a list of my current plugins in a PM.
