Your code seems clean and efficient. I'd suggest to check if is_str_num in the say handler to make sure the player didn't enter some kind of garbage as the number, although clamp gets rid of that anyway, so it's up to you.

I'll try this today, and post here.
Edit: Everything's working as mentioned, and without any bugs. A suggestion to add min limit and max limit as when I set my voice above 250, I can't understand anything and same applies for voice below 50.
