I found a way to make WW2's ideas work. I couldn't get your fy maps idea to work, but thats because Im really not fluent in CS. Sorry. But, I did make an easy catch cvar so that nominations can be allowed, or not allowed. All I did was allow the manager to do its job, without ability to nominate maps. If your interested, I'll post my easy fix next time I'm on.
