SERVERSIDE "CONNECT" BLOCKER (REJECT CONNECTION)

This is a very simple plugin that i just made optimal for resource usage, it fixes a console command bug that happens in CSGO when clients use "connect" command to join full servers.

CVARS
- None, they aren't needed just to get this simple fix.

DEPENDANCIES
- Just sourcemod up to date.

INSTALLATION
1. Compile smx
2. Upload it to the server -> DONE!

WHY USE THIS PLUGIN?
- Well, you can use any other that's on the forum, but i see this one as a minimal one with minimal cpu & RAM usage to fix this.

That's all, nothing really complex but it does it's job.
