I understand you don't manually add bans, but I think you should reconsider if evidence is provided.

For example I just checked my logs after one of my admins messaged me about an odd disconnect message and found the player had been trying to gain rcon access to one of our servers for about two days. After banning him I checked his steam profile and found others commenting about him doing similar things on their servers and being successful. In my opinion, adding a player such as this would be beneficial for anyone who uses this plugin.
