Okay, the noob in me understood! (Bye the way, I did not ask for compiling or st like "HELP, My server hangs! WHY?" So, a little for details:

Somebody said, you can use it for bots, I run a CZ Server with amxmodx stuff and it runs very nice, so will the bots "use" the hook-feature for tactical issues?
