About the server name not showing in the community list, this can happen for several reasons:
- Server is offline;
- Server is without steam token; (This for CSGO, TF2 and others servers)
- Server is starting with the option not to show the server in the community list. (Check if you have this command on the boot line "-nomaster" if you have remove it.)

Also make sure that cvar
sv_lan 0 is set so that players can connect to your server.
