I'm probably overlooking something very simple here but I having trouble configuring gungame.equip.txt for csgo. Currently everyone has knives and level up is working in chat, but the weapon is staying on knife.

I also get this error that crashes the server after the warm ends and the round begins, IVP Failed at ..\ivp_utility\ivu_vhash.cxx 157
