This seems very similar to the flare plugin. Are the lights fixed so that the texture sizes don't mess them up? Ex. It scaling on the right surface at 1x and the floor it's on at only .5x. I'll try and post a ss if you dun get me. But it looks like this O o (one is smaller) pretty much.
