[Killer12201]

I need some assistance with my Fast DL. I know how to set it up I mean I have

sv_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
sv_downloadurl "http://www.mysite.com/cstrike"

For some reason though it doesn't download any faster then before. I know I have good web space and a good host because I pay a good amount of it and they have never let me down before. If I have done something wrong please correct me.
