@arshine: You got really great ideas! But what you are asking for is a total mod conversion, which is near to impossible if your a lone-wolf programmer.
My vote goes to Zombie Plague, since of its wide varieties of features. Now, Biohazard was based on the original zombie mod, but ill be changing few things in the next update
