The issue is metamod : Now all work perfectly by using METAMOD 1.19.0.32.

I've just checked all AmxModx 1.8.1 Installer : they provide the 1.19.0.0 version !!!!!!!!

I take my old addons folder, replacing the metamod dll and now, the game will not freeze

Yeah !
