I tested earlier in Insurgency none of the punishments where working, Im not sure if funcommands.smx has to be loaded cause we have it disabled.

Also I had someone team killing me to try the new features but after about 3 tks it started saying automatically forgiven because he or she is busy for both me and the other player that where doing the test, but the menu never popped up for me to begin with.

And it still seems that the first person who connects to the server the menu doesn't pop up for.
