Yes. You should 've read
the docs - You shouldn't add any csdm plugin to Your main plugins.ini file. All the csdm plugins are loaded automatically from Your plugins-csdm.ini (the condition - this file has to be also in amxmodx\config folder). Another thing - to get CSDM running with AMX X 1.8.0, You should use CSDM
2.1.1 version.
