Works great. I really don't use it for bad name kicking because we really haven't had that problem on our servers, but it is a very handy way to keep users who try to put on the clan tag before they are even accepted into the clan(or the ones who put the clan tag on thinking they can get away with it). We just add the new clan members to the Recruits group we made in Sourcebans(which only gets the b flag) and then they can instantly join any of of servers using the clan tag.
