"Game DLL version mismatch" - "DLL version is 140, engine version is 140"

This is caused when metamod/mm-p cannot find original gamedll. Run your server with '+log on +localinfo mm_debug 10'.

(I know this is old post, but this way solve to the bug can be found in the future)
