I'm afraid to say that it's the same thing. Politic of fear is the some has gangs, organized crime, whatever. You see it in tv but in real life many people have never crossed themselfs with a mafia gay, a gang menber( and I mean you can walk on suppostly tuff neighberhoods all day all days and never have nothing (I do it every day). Where I live there's 4 or 5 murders every week (center of Caracas). But if you look for trouble you find it right way in question of minutes. Do I fell threaten. Nop, never.
